I am accountable for leading accounting and financial requirements for the resort in an environment of tight control. Providing financial support, advice and expertise to GM and Resort Team, with the aim of maximizing value. Rendered cross-functional leadership to a range of functional areas including procurement, supply chain, employee relations, HR management, training & skills development, regulatory compliances, IT, marketing, etc.
A few significant highlights across the tenure were
• Evangelized the transformation of business & financial outlook, drove strategies and completed pre-opening stage of one of the most sophisticated, ultra-luxury flagship resort having 119 Vilas including exclusive Private Island
• Reviewed & analyzed the cost accounts; provided finance perspectives to the Marketing Team to develop profitable pricing strategies
• Acted as part of Key Strategic Committee to deliver products and services, which exceed expectations of the brand’s target customer and property employees by implementing property-wide strategies
• Directed multi-million dollar Working Capital and Cash Management by forecasting and monitoring funds flows and reducing financial cost of the Group.
